- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
- Personal Care Products: Items like footwear insoles, socks, or any personal hygiene products cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.
- Customized or Personalized Products: If the item has been customized or made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return is safely delivered back to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, we recommend that you return the item for a refund and then place a new order for the item of your choice.
